Bad customer service
Bought a tv and it would not work with the play station after giving us the run around for 2 weeks now wont exchange until hisence forwards a credit.
Hiesence has verbally told management to credit us but manger Candy is being very difficult and rude.
I buy all my furniture from Harvey Norman and have spent thousands over last few years

If i had the option to give no stars.. i would have done that.
Very disappointed by harvey norman fountain gate appliances staff.
I called on 29th aug 2021 to deal for a refrigerator. By the time discussion happened, the store was getting closed. So, the staff couldn't do the billing . But explained me the details which i have to pay and what discount and offer i will receive. I was given another person's reference to call on 30th aug 2021 to do the payment as discussed.
When i called on 30th aug 2021 for the payment, the person denyed the offer discussed to us mentioning the sales head has asked them not to.
How can you change your statement?? In this strict lockdown, people are still purchasing the products on the trust with the stores and you guys are ruining everything.
I cancelled the deal.
There was no loss for me, as i got the same deal in other store, but you lost one loyal customer.
Its not because of the deal i am writing this review, but its about the trust and the statement which you guys keep on changing according to you.

to Manager Electrical Dept ,we had a fault in Sunbeam electric blanket ,rang Fountain Gate store after contacting Sunbeam were told none available only at Chadstone ,being elderly we always shop locally , spoke to a lovely assistant Dee, who went out of her way to pick the blanket up for us ,rang when in store . Great service !!!! that's why we always return . Thankyou Harvey Norman .

Walked in to buy speakers and mouse for PC. Three sales staff asked us in a matter of 10 minutes if we needed a hand. They were polite and friendly. I was impressed. I bought speakers worth $29.95, but when I went to pay for them, they came down to $19.00. I was happy! I didn't buy the mouse from here though as I bought it cheaper somewhere else.

The have great staff,that are always willing to help out.The products are great,some can be a bit pricey,but when they have a sale it is very good.

Had a very wide variety of Beds and Mattresses well set out, We made sure to try out as many as we could while shopping. Was never once asked by staff if we needed any help. Overall very happy with what they have to offer just need to be a little more customer friendly.

staff were friendly but did not try hard to give us a good deal even on several attempts at offering prices they kept coming back with excuses as to why they couldnt give us a good deal which was frustrating because we have shopped from there before,however product was good and conditions on lay by were fantastic allowing us for a 3 month extension when needed.

They have a fairly good range of products, although if you want specific things on a laptop you have to find the one that closest matches your needs.

there products range from an fm radio to a double sided fridge witch is very convenient and I absolutely love using there photo centre.

harvey norman had great deals on electrical items, and assistants helped with the choice of the apporiate camers for myself. they asked alot of questions as to what my needs were, and helped me find the perfect one!
