We recently upgraded our Synergy electric lounge we had purchased at HN Munno Para 6 years ago. Theo the furniture manager was very helpful in explaining to me how the Synergy lounge dismantled so as we could get it out of the house to a family member. We have purchased 2 Coral Bay 3 seater lounges from another family member that had been purchased from HN a couple of years ago. We thought that we may have needed a couple of electric replacement components for one of them. Kim Lehman the customer service manager was excellent. She followed up with the supplier and called me with all of the information required. As it turned out we didn’t need anything as it was a simple fix as a plug was not connected during our set up of the lounges. We didn’t end up purchasing anything but both Kim and Theo were fantastic. Providing good old fashioned service. Highly recommend this store

After spending a day comparing prices on fridges, we ended up at Harvey Norman expecting them to be more expensive. We were pleasantly surprised to find them cheaper, the service was superb, they delivered when they said they would, and it all happened so smoothly. We'll be shopping there again!

My husband and I bought a Miele dishwasher from here. Initially, it was hard to find a salesperson but when we did, he was very helpful but not pushy. We decided to think about the purchase and do some homework. After doing some research online about different types of dishwashers, I ended up calling Harvey Norman and asked for the salesman who had helped us earlier. He was not available at the time I called, however he did call back later, which was appreciated by us. We went back to him and bought the dishwasher!!!

Helpful staff, explained product thoroughly, Prices are a little over priced compared to other retailers, store very inviting HUGE range of modern products, convenient location.

Staff member was very helpful. They are always happy to explain difference in products etc. The staff member offered to carry large item out to car for me. Price is always competitive.

Great range of products. Some staff need to reassess their commitment to customer service. I recently went into store to purchase LCD TV, another retailer had same item cheaper, said they would price match. Not able to tell me if they could source the particular item and said they would get back to me. Did not follow up and I subsequently purchased the required item through another Harvey Norman store and obtained a better price to boot!!
Prior experiences within this store had been positive. However would think twice about purchasing from this store again due to such poor service.

Staff were very helpful when we were researching the purchase of a new digital camera. He showed us the benefits of using the camera as a video recorder, and explained the features of 3 different cameras that we could choose from.

excellent customer service, staff are easily approachable and talk to you in lam ins terms, have all the answers to your questions and really know their products. Have shoped their numerous time and will definitly go back.

heaps of staff but no one came to serve me took 30 mins before somebody asked if i needed help. in the end they lost my business because there service was terrible
