We recently upgraded our Synergy electric lounge we had purchased at HN Munno Para 6 years ago. Theo the furniture manager was very helpful in explaining to me how the Synergy lounge dismantled so as we could get it out of the house to a family member. We have purchased 2 Coral Bay 3 seater lounges from another family member that had been purchased from HN a couple of years ago. We thought that we may have needed a couple of electric replacement components for one of them. Kim Lehman the customer service manager was excellent. She followed up with the supplier and called me with all of the information required. As it turned out we didn’t need anything as it was a simple fix as a plug was not connected during our set up of the lounges. We didn’t end up purchasing anything but both Kim and Theo were fantastic. Providing good old fashioned service. Highly recommend this store
