We have always purchased from Harvey Norman as they are very competitively priced.
Recently we had a new kitchen renovation project & required all new appliances. Freestanding Oven/Cooktop, Rangehood & Dishwasher. I did my research & got the best price from other stores even online. H/N gave us their price but they were dearer. When I showed them the prices I had recieved from other genuine retailers they didn't just match them, they bettered them & they gave us a few extras. Before finalising purchase we wanted to look at smart TV LG. Just a bigger version of what we already had.
Well great sale net because we walked away with a much bigger tv & also a different brand with amazing features. Samsung series 9 curved smart TV 3D. We got it at a great price, there was also a promotion on regarding Soundbar that is an optional extra to the tv if you like that surround sound experience. Oh my goodness it's amazing.
Anyway. The service we recieved was fantastic, they gave us free delivery, which ended up being three times as some things weren't in stock. Thanks Justin & Leigh. You went above & beyond to provide us with great service & advise!!

I have mixed feelings about this retailer. I have had many occasions where I have not been approached or served. This occasion I was in the market to purchase a new vacuum cleaner. It was beginning like most other times, there were about 5 sales assistants on the sales floor walking around, ignoring me. I walked over to the large screen tvs, fridges and other expensive items to see if I could get some service. Eventually two lovely young ladies came over and helped me out. One that took the initiative was the trainee there. She helped me the best she could, when I asked something that she did not know, she did not panic or lie. She simply said, I will get my manager and we will find out together. The manager of the department came over and assisted and helped answer the remainder of my questions. Overall a good experience after I was served, but it took a long time to get served.

When I bought a sofa bed and 2 seater sofa from these guys I had a problem when it was delivered,the mattress was not the right one on the sofa bed.I had ordered a thicker mattress.I phoned them immediately and they resolved my problem.They came to collect both sofas the next day so that the dye lot of the fabric would be the same when they made up the correct sofa bed.(something I had'nt even thought of) well done Harvey Norman great customer service.
