Above & beyond what I expected to happen!!!
Purchased an Apple Laptop in mid Dec due to old computer being dropped. Was claiming on old computer several weeks after xmas on insurance but they wanted Reciept for new Apple laptop. Could not find anywhere!!! Just as well we paid from a card & not cash because we had it on our bank statement.
Go to JB-HiFi expecting they can't find a Reciept going back weeks & expected the usual 'Sorry, can't help you" but NO!!!
Manager came up, looked at date & amount on bank statement, said to just wait a moment while he looked into it. Within less than 2 minutes he was back with a copy of Reciept!! No problems, all with a smile. FANTASTIC!! Thought we were going to have an argument about we can't be expected to keep all receipts etc.....to top it off it was really hot inside store, I was standing near front counter & there was a fan facing staff who were serving but I was obviously suffering with the heat. The manager said, stand here & then turned the fan around & pointed it onto me. Said, hope this makes you feel a bit more comfortable. THANK YOU, YES IT DID!!! Thanks staff, you were awesome!!

I purchased 3 items from Electrolux which is a Westinghouse 90cm Freestanding Stove with ceramic cooktop, Westinghouse Dishwasher & Westinghouse 90cm Canopy Rangehood. I was under the understanding that all were australian but I have since found out that the canopy is made in China! Wow is that obvious. The stove & dishwasher are amazing, I love them. The oven is supberb, so HUGE, I can cook so many things at once. Perfection!! The dishwasher is really good. I don't end up with streak marks on glasses etc which is a relief. Well what can I say about the canopy!! 1st one damaged when box opened, 2nd one, damaged when box opened. Third one came & was finally perfect. Now as for performance it's awesome, thank goodness for that after all the hassles.
Be prepared to argue with person on the end of phone regarding damages. If not noticed within 7 days, they don't want to know. We kept in box before installation so wouldn't get damaged. When installer opened box several days past the 7 day deadline & found it damaged we had to fight to get a replacement. So awesome product but check as soon as you receive product. Otherwise I love all of them.m

If you want a cheaper weekly grocery shopping bill, shop at this particular Foodland. Having had 5 children & have 9 grandchildren I need to save money where I can. Coles & Woolworths don't come close to beating this supermarket for price. Always great specials. Always seem to have what I need on special in some brand or another! I've done the same shop at Coles & have ended up spending $50-$80 more on the same in Foodland H/V. Seriously fantastic service. Never need to line up, they call to open another checkout to open. Will help take out to your car if needed. If you can't find something, just ask & they will take you to it not just point.
I was a serious Woolworths shopper, never vearing from them. Moved a little closer to this Foodland, still with Woolies just up the road but I tried Foodland. 5 years later....don't go anywhere else. Ever...... For different foods, italian, Indian etc...fantastic supplies you don't get anywhere else. Love it. Best Supermarket I've been in since shopping for 30+ yrs. a little tired & old & could do with a new shop fit but I don't care if groceries are cheaper.

Fresh Fish is what you want?? Gotta go here. The service is so friendly & they know their seafood & when it's in season & when it's not!! They really try to have a huge variety. Something for everyone! Ordering is recommend on special occasions like public holidays, xmas etc.. They can be extremely busy as only fresh seafood around for miles!!

Has studied under some amazing instructors herself & also studied medical science & naturopathy. She also worked in Health Food industry & knows all about products that can help you in what ever stGe you are in your pregnancy or if your struggling to get pregnant she has had huge success with women who have struggled for years falling pregnant. She does private sessions in home for Fertility classes if needed. Her mature & sensitivity is so amazing. She's genuine in wanting only the best for your health & the health of your baby.

Wow, wow, wow. What a HUGE store full of goodies. Everything from what you expect like wonderful cold meats, cheeses & olives to frozen meals that are wonderful also frozen homemade cakes etc. Then you have pots, pans, cookbooks & all manner of homewares & beautiful gift ideas.
Wine, wine & more wine. I don't drink but my husband doesn't mind a drop & there is always something unique & original. Wine tastings every Saturady or on request if looking to purchase something you've not tried before. How great is that.
Pasta range is the biggest I've seen. I always stock up on our favourite types that no supermarket can supply.
Awesome service ALWAYS. VERY BUSY SO BE PREPARED to take a ticket for the sliced meat section then just browse & wait for your number to be called. Again you can taste some meat or chees if not sure of something new.
Again the service by these girls & guys are second to none. So appreciate great service with genuine smile & patience.

Everytime we go, we can't believe we don't go more often!!
Not your usual chinese Resturant. They have some really original dishes. Like the entree of Stuffed Chicken Wings. Delicious. Spicy then comes with a sauce that will make your eyes water!! Husband can't get enough!! Peking duck occording to my hubby is the best! I tend to go for prawns, prawns & more prawns but this time I tasted Peppered Chicken. OMG I don't normally like pepper but this is Devine. Comes in like a creamy pepper sauce & HUGE serving of tender breast fillet. Unbelievable. Always enjoy being treated so nice but we were asked to leave as they needed table due to xmas bookings. Always book ahead. You will never be disappointed.

What a night out!! It's not the first time we've been & it definitely won't be our last. Thoroughly enjoyed taking all the family from interstate to have a beautiful meal with fantastic service to one of our favourite restuarants.
I had an entree of Arancini, YUMMO!! So tasty not like some of the bland balls Ives tasted at other establishments. Husband shared the No 2 seafood platter with the son in law.....Nothing was spared, except 2 potatoes!! By the way if they give you the choice of their roasted potatoes or fries, go the potatoes that are infused with garlic & Rosemary im sure!! You can order them separately with aioli. OMG! Hungry thinking about them!!
Everyone else was really happy with meal. Childrens meals come with drink & icecream. Big meals for childrens!! Cost for children $20 which seemed high until you see the portions!
Will go back many times I know!!

We've just had an awesome new kitchen put in our old 60's home. Great kitchen done by Davis & Park who recommended Elite Glass & Splashbacks since we didn't wont to have tiles.
OMG!!! How great can glass splashbacks look, GREAT!!
I can't stop looking at it. It has made a beautiful new kitchen look so so perfect & modern. Thank you Todd, who by the way is a perfectionist.
