more staff needed to help people, I waited for 30 min before someone came and offered assistance. They have a good range of products and the store layout is easy to navigate and find what your after, but they just need to have more staff to help people quicker.

We have bought a number of items from the Port Macquarie store and have always found the in store staff to be most helpfull. The prices are also very competitive, and the service they all give is second to none
