I went to buy a new mobile phone and stood there waiting for a full 20 min before I left to go look in a few other stores, as I already knew the phone I wanted and only a few stores had this phone. After looking elsewhere and returning to dick smith I again went to the mobile phone display area and waited to be served, when after ten min no one came near me to help I then went looking for someone. After finding them and asking for assistance to purchase the phone I wanted I went and waited at the display thinking they would be along shortly but after waiting for another 15 min went and asked someone else where the person I'd spoken to was as they were supposed to be helping me next I was told that they had just gone out for their lunch break........... now I was really pissed off and left telling them that I would not darken their door again if that was how they treat their customers. Go try your luck there but I for one will not be going back again...........

Great coffee's and delicious thing's to eat with your coffee, great service and plenty of seating inside or out. One of the nicer places here in port macquarie to get a coffee, at least one that tastes decent and won't cost you a small fortune like some of the other places around here. Well done Gloria Jeans.

Miedecke motors, WOW these guy's and girl's are great, I had to register my bike when I moved here to nsw from qld and as my bike had been in storage for awhile and was unregistered I had to take it somewhere for the Blue slip then the Pink slip inspections and all of the Vin check detail's and crap for registering a unregistered bike for the first time in nsw, It was giving me a headache so I rang miedecke motors (rego had told me that they did the blue slip inspections (along with a whole host of other places so they didn't discriminate!) I decided to take it there (miedecke's) because of the good thing's I'd been hearing from relatives who had brought car's from there. These guy's took care of everything.....I didn't even have to unload the bike from inside the van, the guy came out and looked it all over and got all the numbers and said I'd looked after the bike really well for a 95 model bike, then he went inside and got on the phone to the rego office and got all the detail's from rego for the power to weight ratio's and all the other crud while I sat in the show room and was offered a coffee from the receptionist on the front counter. they were all friendly and even a couple of the sales guy's came and asked if I was being looked after and when told of my reason for being there they stayed and chatted to me and made me feel like I was important and that they would go out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible and speed my way through the whole rego check's as swiftly as possible without any fuss. I'll be going back their again and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have always owned Honda's and have always looked after my bikes and got them serviced by the local Honda dealer no matter where I lived even if I had not brought the bike from them. But these guy's were arrogant and flatly refused to service my 1995 Honda CB1000F (It was to have it's 48 thousand kilometer major service but I wasn't able to get it into the shop until I'd arrived in port macquarie and it had only 50,000ks on the clock and still looked like new) They said that my bike was too old and that if anything broke while they were undoing a bolt or part then they would have to buy a replacement for it and that they were not in the habit of doing this and so said that my bike was too old and that they would not service it, but would I like to buy a new bike from them then they would service it.........Well no way was I going to spend any my money ever with them ever again. I will be going to any other motorcycle dealer even if I just have to buy a washer or screw I will never be spending any of my hard earned cash in their store ever again, and I will tell all I can about their attitude and warn them away from Rock Motorcycles. Very BAD business.

Great shopping environment and have just about everything you would need or want, and what they don't have that you want they will order in for you at their special orders desk. I love going there even if I'm not buying something, just to look around and check out all the the stuff they have there and see if there's anything I can add to my want list for christmas or birthday or even father's day if I'm lucky.

flying from brisbane to sydney I chose virgin blue simply because of cost and time that I wanted to go at, so I was surprised to find them (it was my first time flying with them) very helpfull and they even had an in flight service where you could buy food and coffee/tea along with other beverages and snacks. This was a nice surprise for a "budget" airline with cheap fares and the service flying when I needed to fly and not having to book ahead for week's in advance and plan my trip around times that they were flying. Well done virgin blue I'll be flying with you again in the future of that I'm sure.

The chicken is good but not great, it could be even better if they revised their menu a bit more frequently and added more "value" type meals. Their chicken dinner for one is great and I like how you get peas and gravy a baked (read fried like their chips) potato (which was still too tough in toward's the centre for my liking) but it was still a good meal and a nice change from maccas or kfc. Keep up the work guy's and girl's at redrooster and bosse's please take note of my hint's if you read these pages, overall not too bad but not yet up to a standard where I'll visit it more often.

The club is always well patronised and they have alway's got something happening there, the food is brilliant and delivered in an appropriate amount of time so you dont have a long wait, unless of course its holiday time and they are busy but even then it is worth the bit longer wait.

more staff needed to help people, I waited for 30 min before someone came and offered assistance. They have a good range of products and the store layout is easy to navigate and find what your after, but they just need to have more staff to help people quicker.
