We purchased a Fuji Xerox CM205 2 years ago and took out the extended warranty.
First time it broke down the "Hardly Normal" service centre was not very good at attending to the problem. It took about 2 months of complaining before the machine was fixed and returned.
Second time now the machine has broken down. Again after almost 2 months. No action. I have called and they said "OH - we will get back to you". And they do NOT KEEP their promise.
Approximate cost: $400
I went to Knox City with my children and in the middle of the shopping centre there was a stall that Harvey Norman was tending too.
There were heaps of different accessories for Wii and other Nintendo products.
We bought some great specials which were marked down.
Then I went into the Harvey Norman store and bought an accessory for my mobile phone.
Thank you Harvey Norman you saved us lots of money.

Sadly, 2 months is about the minimum time it takes to get any repairs done at Harvey Norman Wantirna store. Wonder if it's any better at any of their other stores.
