Booked a trip for two of us to the US, and promised to register a Frequent Flyer identity for my partner and associate her flights with it. Seems that she "forgot", and she still hasn't rectified the situation.
Also "forgot" to associate my flights with my FF identity.
I can accept that agents make the occasional mistake, but good agents rush to rectify an oversight when it is pointed out.
