My daughter had a collision and her car was taken to the Hassarati workshop. As it turned out repairs were not carried out but I did get to tour the workshop and benefit from Shalin's assistance in resolving my daughter's matter.

Shalin impresses me as an honorable person who was very ready and willing to assist.

I am a car enthusiast and a professional person and have not spent any time writing to posts in the past. I have read other posts on this business and can only agree with character assessments in other positive posts. There is one post that is very negative. I can say that that post is contrary to all other posts, my visit to the workshop and my interactions with Shalin. I suppose we should all be cautious of negative posts that seen to "swim against the tide".

I will certainly use this repairer if, or when, my Jaguar or Land Rover needs bodywork.

I had a problem with the booth of my Toyota Camry filling with water when it rains since January 2020 which I thought was due to the wearing of the seal of the rear window. My confidence with Shalin that he will do a good job was when he took time to find where the actual leak was coming from using high water pressure instead of relying just on my suspicion. He resealed the left and right sides of the booth. This problem is now rectified.
Afterwards, I did not hesitate to ask a quote to fix the scratches of the front and back bumpers of my car. He replaced them both with new parts because the previous panel beaters did not do a good job when they repainted them. My car looks brand new now.
