Full clean up if my computer. Got rid of many viruses and showed me how I got them & gave advice on how not to in the future. Also recovered assignments that I thought had been lost when my computer crashed. I have used HFS on a few occasions now & I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had some trouble with network connections and setup and they fixed this right away. Very straightforward, no fuss. Explained clearly what the issue was and even after the job was done, called up to check how it was performing and gave extra information. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks!

Troubleshooting both software and hardware issues. General advice and computer maintenance. They were quietly capable, very good at listening to the problem and assessing afterwards instead of jumping in with their two cents worth before you've finished explaining the problem. Great customer service, didn't waste my time.

Backed up and cleared my computer of all viruses and problems. Didn't just fix the problem but explained what had gone wrong and how to avoid it in the future. Great value for money. Very happy.

My computer had to be cleaned of all viruses and other malware and was thoroughly overhauled. A number of problems were fixed, and the existing security software was assessed. New malware protection was added. This was all completed within one day, and I was presented with a backup DVD of all documents, settings and emails.
