Bob is awesome, great trainer. Makes you comfortable and has a great understanding of fitness and ability. Also a lot of laughs which is great for the soul.

Bob is a great personal trainer, he will either come to your home, park or beach or you can go to his studio at Little Mountain in Caloundra. He trains all age groups and has the best value for money that I have seen, you can bring a friend, which makes it even more fun, for only $5 more. I have been training once a week with Bob, his studio is well set out, he is great as he has shown me how to do a lot of the exercises with the stuff I have at home, he doesn't believe that you have to spend a fortune on equipment, the lunges work especially well I think. I have found him very motivating.
