Just recently completed Certificate IV Training and Assessment Intensive delivery with a tremendous support from Julian Defrancesco. He has been very encouraging and always available for queries even when on vacations.

I recently completed my Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110)with Julian at HBA. Julian was a complete inspiration and was always available to help me when I was struggling. in Helensvale. Great course and Carmen was fantastic and extremely articulate. Great information content and I learnt a lot. I have a hospitality Management background and even though the examples were based around construction and mining it was still extremely relevent.

I have recently completed face to face 5 day Cert IV Work Health and Safety (BSB41415). Carmen Yates was my trainer and brought a wealth of personal and workplace knowledge to the course. Fantastic presenter made the days go quick. Course content is fantastic and easily to implement back in my workplace.

I am currently in Early childhood and have just finished my cert 4 in WHS

Completing the final 3 day intensive TAE40110 (Training & Assessment) sessions with NEIL FOWLER as my trainer was invaluable. He was professional, consistent & cared about each persons learning style in the course. No question was too difficult or problematic to ask, he would address it or follow it up. Neil was a wealth of knowledge, having plenty of working experience & he knew his work back to front! Neil's training approach to the course was greatly appreciated Thank you very Neil.

I have recently completed the face to face delivery of the DIP VET. My trainer was Dominique Ashton. The course was intense, however Dom was amazing, explained things in a way that made sense to me and made the course easy to understand and follow. I feel I have learnt so much from the face to face with Dom and can't thank her enough!
