I have just completed my week long intensive TAE40110 course at HBA. Carmen was absolutely phenomenal during the course. Without Carmen's guidance and assistance it would have been a difficult task to get through the week. She is a massive asset to HBA. Her knowledge of the content and experience was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend someone to HBA after my experience, and I will definitely be back to further my knowledge as a result of the fantastic week I had with Carmen.

I would not hesitate to use HBA again for any of their courses.

The course material was very comprehensive and very specific and relevant. Was very glad that Carmen was my trainer - she had plenty of patience with all of the learners. I recently completed the Certificate IV Intensive course in Training and Assessment at HBA and was lucky to have Julian as my trainer. He is one of the best trainers I have ever come across and a real credit to HBA. His extensive knowledge, passion, experience, patience and the ability to engage a very diverse group make him an exceptional teacher. I was particularly impressed by his dedication to his students. The course is intensive, but very well structured and supported by the high calibre of HBA’s course resources and I have no hesitation in recommending it.
