I have just completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment via a 5 day intensive delivery by Julian De Franesco and would like to say how impressed I was with his knowledge, professionalism and patients. Not everyone on the course was up to speed with laptops, including myself, but Julian gave everyone the time and help they needed.
The online training before I started the intensive part of the course was easy to use and the forum section was very helpful.
If I decide to study for another qualification I will differently enrol with HBA again.

I recently completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment via intensive 5 day delivery with HBA, facilitated by Julian De Francesco. I was impressed with HBA overall, their initial sign up process was quick and simple and pre-course resources were provided promptly. The online form was a good back up resource, and whilst I didn't submit anything myself, it was helpful to read others comments and questions.
Julian was an excellent training consultant. He was professional and thorough and was available to us practically 24-7! His vast knowledge, experience and in particular his delivery made this course and it's content very enjoyable. (Much more than expected!)
We had quite a diverse group (ranging in age, background, work history and experience, tech capabilities, reason for completing the qual etc) and Julian catered to each of our needs perfectly. He created a comfortable group environment and I doubt any of my fellow participants could find anything to fault!
Post course Julian continued to be a great support and was extremely prompt replying to emails and marking work, providing feedback etc.
If all HBA trainers deliver courses and provide support in a similar way to Julian then it's no wonder you have the 5 star reviews that you do!
I will certainly recommend HBA in the future.

I completed Certain IV TAE with Julian in Perth, the 5 day intensive course was cut short by a day due to the scheduled instructor calling in sick.
Julian flew in from Sydney and presented a 4 day very intensive course
Julian is an awesome trainer and he knows his subjects inside out and backwards.
Always on hand for help and advice 24/7, he told me he doesn't sleep so call anytime as he is happy to help even on the weekend

I recommend HBA's C4 Training & Assessment course as run by Julian De Francesco. The course was well run and appeared to be tailored to the needs of the (mostly experienced educators) people present.

HBA have been a fantastic provider of my TAE qualification. At all stages through the process, from enrolment to my completing assessment requirements', communication was clear and professional, and all my queries were available in a timely manner (like almost immediately!) . I completed the Cert 4 in TAE with Julian . The course was run extremely well by the trainer- Julian was able to answer all my questions, sometimes more than once as I had troubles understanding parts of the course. This course was really intense but I felt I had plenty of support from Julian who helped me get through. I tried doing the course by distance but I am really happy that I decided to go with the face to face option. Julian continued to give me support even after the course which was something I had not come across in other courses with other companies

I took a Cert IV TAE intensive 5 day face-to-face course in Melbourne with Julian from HBA. The course well and truly exceeded my expectations, and helped me obtain the Cert IV qualification much faster than I would have been able to do myself. In particular, Julian was incredibly helpful and professional. I highly recommend HBA!

I just completed a certificate III with HBA Learning, I did this remotely, and studying at my own pace (however, completed within the allocated 1 year). HBA provided very techy savvy ways of staying in touch with teachers and fellow students via forums, also easy access to the workbook library and relevant documents, and the consultants were easily reachable via phone and email. I am duly impressed with the way HBA guided me through my studies and am actually looking at doing another certificate with them too!
