Went in yesterday with my partner to change over my current health insurance onto my partners policy. The lady that served us made the process so simple and easy and provided us with a friendly helpful and professional service. I was very impressed as she didn't even get flustered when the computer decided to go awol. Some of the best customer service I have come across in a long time.
