This place has a good rating so I'm guessing it was a bad day - probably relentless appointments post lock-down and pre Xmas. My experience was not so good. Generally just short and rude service and my eyebrows were tinted so dark I did not expect that from a professional. Granted, I didn't protest when she said what colour, because I guessed she knew what she was doing. Eyebrows will tone down eventually - but for the price I just didn't expect that kind of service. I probably didn't ask too many questions about colour because she was just not very receptive and helpful.

I have since been back and had a pedicure and manicure and was really pleased with the results.

Overzealous plucking of my eyebrows in my teens resulted in thin and sparse brows. Rebecca recommended feather-touch tattooing and the results were amazing. She explained the procedure and pain factor (minimal with numbing cream applied) and said it'd last 18-24 months before I'd need a touch-up. I've also had laser hair removal - the therapists explained the hair growth phases and, following a number of treatments, there's no more hair. Definitely recommend Head to Toe Body Care Centre - the therapists are experienced and skilful

I went in for a facial, was treated so well by the girls, i felt very welcome. I had mircodermabrasion and my blocked pores cleared. This was a few weeks before my 30th birthday and I have to say, my skin looked alot younger than 30, and people commented on it too! After this, I went back and had numerous IPL treatments and they have worked well, there's barley any hair left where I got this treatment and it's now 3 1/2 years on! They also did a little electrolysis on a few spots and threw in a few zaps for free! Go here for good value, great service, friendly girls and quality treatments. PS also got a great deal there on an Ultraceutical pack.

I wish this salon was closer to where I live coz I would be a regular. I had a do to go to and needed waxing done close to where I was working in brunswick. I have very sensitive skin and found a review on womow and went to this salon for the first time and was extremely impressed, clean hygenic environment with skilled girls in fact the lady i had has been established for 25 years!! The latest technologies and i will be returning.

They make me feel comfortable and it is a personalised service. I even get a Birthday card and a discount voucher on my birthday! The waxing is well done, and the wax is the right temperature, and is good on my skin (I have quite sensitive skin). Everything is hypoallergenic.
