I had the headache centre recommended to my by my neurologist and found it to be a really helpful experience. Rick does a good job of investigating headache causes and is great at explaining both the reasons for particular kinds of headaches and what he is doing to help treat them. I definitely learnt more than I imagined regarding trigger points and how they work; and found it a great alternative when medication and general physiotherapy didn't help. Highly recommended for anyone who is suffering from headaches and has already been to their doctor to rule out serious medical issues first. The centre is located in a building with several other businesses with a comfortable waiting area
