I started seeing Mark at Health Renovations for massage to relieve some ongoing shoulder pain. The massages were great, but what I really found fantastic were the conversations we had during the massages. I had been procrastinating on some personal projects for years and since seeing Mark, I've actually pulled together the motivation to take the first steps to actually realise my goals. Mark seems to have a knack of making difficult conversations feel relaxed, and he's helped me realise a few things about myself that need improvement. At first, it was a bit unsettling acknowledging my short comings, but as mentioned, it all happened in a way that felt really natural and comforting. I highly recommend the massage/coaching side of the business - I haven't tried any of the other services offered so can't comment on those. Massage and coaching though, I give full stars.
