Usually I see my GP in this clinic. Every time I need to wait for 30 -60 minutes despite of getting appointment booked. Today I came to see my GP, receptionist said my turn will come at least in 30 minutes. Then I came back and asked about appointment. Another receptionist replied horribly, “he finished already” but another receptionist was ok. She booked me with another GP. Doctors are pretty good but some receptionists are incompetent, horrible attitude to costumers. They don’t respect the time of their costumers. My experience is not good with front desk here.

Incompetent, ignorant and judgmental doctors who fail to listen to patients needs. I have had experiences with three doctors there that fit the above three descriptors. Avoid at all costs - in particular for the benefit of your health.

Went there 4 times for acupuncture based on a friends recommendation. My usual practitioner in the city was on maternity leave and i thought i'd try them. It was all very unprofessionally run and disappointing. They charge substantially more than other practitioners, hardly spend any time with you the patient and even worse, bring students to stand over you to guess what is wrong. I previously had such a good professional practitioner so i was not ready for this. The lead practitioner would hand me to a new practitioner who knew nothing about my condition or history, one session they left me in a freezing room (a good acupuncturist will cover your body during treatment as you must relax for acupuncture to be effective) and no matter how many times i called for help, no one could hear (as i was at the other end of the hall). Overall a really bad experience, over a month on treatments and they still had no idea what was wrong with me. They also kept little to no record of my condition and constantly had to be reminded what i had.
It seems business is now thriving and they dont care much about new clients. So i stopped going and returned to my usual practitioner who didn't experiment on me.

I like it how they are almost like a 'one stop shop' for all your medical needs. there are a range of specialists and are all extremely friendly. The only problem is the long waits!

Have to try their beauty centre, the body slimming treatment so far is the only treatment that works amongest of all the other treatments that I have tried in other spa places with more expensive price mark. Find IVY, she's the best!
