Since buying my investment property, their speed and lack of response on many occasions both via email and phone have been horrendous. I can't believe we're paying them money to send out a letter every now and then. One of the worst experiences I've had with strata managers
I had the solicitor handle my investment property settlement. Overall quite thorough and the experience shows. Fees are a bit high for the work though so theres significant room for improvement
Operates as a typical bulk billing centre - first come first served on your initial visit. If you have a preference for any doctor then it's only on selected days/time. They speak cantonese and mandarin as well
Overall for the price the haircut was pretty good. It's another one of those Korean bargain hairdressers. Although they never mentioned that the hair shampoo was not included until after I had to pay

Outdoor bar that's great in summer (and obviously not so good in winter). Lots of outdoor space, and a great place to chill. The atmosphere is quite laid back. Staff are quite friendly and helpful.
Went there for chili crabs, but they didnt have any (ran out perhaps?). Ended up ordering some spicy dishes which were quite good. Bit pricy for Malysian food, but I think it's kinda standard in Sydney
Nice relaxed atmosphere for after work drinks. It doesn't get packed out like some other places, but I guess that's because of it's location. Mostly for people in the North Sydney area for after work drinks
I went to OPSM, which had really expensive brand name glasses. I found 1001 glasses to be more to my taste and price range. My private health insurance could cover the full amount.
$17 mens haircut, which isn't too bad. Problem was the hairdresser was Korean and didn't speak much English. She managed to understand enough to give me a decent haircut though :)
Cheap as chips discount store, don't expect much in terms of shop space. It has some of the cheapest home goods that I could find in Chatswood. Clotheshangers, dryers, containers are a bargain here
