These people are thieves. They will quote you $150-$300 on the phone as you tell them a detailed list of what needs to be taken. Then on the day (if/when) they decide to show up they will charge you $3,300!!! They are horrific people to deal with, very rude and very unprofessional. They take advantage of the fact that people need to move and don’t have any other option then to pay.

Hi I originally booked a week in advance to have our rubbish removed and over the phone I told the guy we had multiple bags of household rubbish, boxes, a bed base a couch and a set of drawers. I asked how much it would cost and he said between $150-$300 we will have to see when we get there. Then the day before they were expected to come I needed to add a couple more items including a washing machine & small entertainment unit. He said that would be fine and of course I expected that might take the total up to maybe $500-$800 considering what he said the original amount would cost. Then on the day they were supposed to come, they never turned up. We waited around for the whole day and called multiple times. Finally today they arrived and completely robbed us. Thousands of dollars charged, they wouldn’t give us an accurate quote before loading the truck even having seen all of the items so you’re basically forced into paying what they ask. It’s an absolute joke that it has cost thousands of dollars to remove abit of rubbish from our house and they’ve even left some behind. Absolutely livid at this service. It has cost us less to move all of our furniture interstate then it did for them to move some rubbish down the road to a dumpster. Absolute joke, there’s nothing “heaps cheap” about them other then there service.

Got told to go f myself and to F off and then they unloaded their truck and dumped it in front of my place because they quoted one price and then changed it to double the amount quoted. Said I would pay them but I wasn’t happy. It was incredibly scary especially when I had a newborn in my arms. Don’t use them!

Would give 0/5 if I could. These guys are aggressive and threatening if you do not go with their quote. I had to pay them to leave my property. One of scariest situations of my life. They have fake 5 star reviews on all the sites. Look at them in detail and you will see. Should not be allowed to operate. For your own safety do not use. And I am not a competitor but a past frightened customer.
