Jonas is the only physio I've been to that has actually helped me with my headaches and recurrent frozen neck/shoulder. Now I know not to sleep on my belly... d'oh!
I have had to go to other physios from time to time when Jonas has been unavailable, but always come back to him as a first preference.

I started going to Jonas Tortensson years ago due to back stiffness, then tennis elbow, pulled calf muscle, sore collarbone, frozen shoulder and stiff neck. I used to play tennis then and my tennis partner referred me. Each time my problem was improved or fixed. Jonas was trained overseas and also has 8 more years of qualification on top of his physiotherapy degree which enables him to do more bone manipulation ( great for stiff necks and backs). Each visit takes an hour with the first half hour resting on the bed with a heat pack over the area then the next half hour Jonas works on you while talking and explaining what the problem is and how it can be prevented or improved. He works from home and his fees are very reasonable with pensioner discounts. I have been to other physios and some barely do anything to help so I highly recommend Jonas.
