I had a discount voucher for this salon and for what I paid the cut and colour are great. However I would never consider paying half of their listed price for what I received. Only a few of the staff had nice hair themselves, with more than half having lanky, shine-free hair and half grown out colour, which didn't inspire confidence. The staff I dealt with were either sullen or ho-hum with no-one making an effort to chat or be cheerful. Basically the service and quality were equivalent to a hairdresser in a shopping centre, however they peg themselves as luxury/prestigious/award winning and charge to match (if paying full price). They also failed to give me everything my voucher entitled me to, leaving out little things like a hand massage and a voucher towards my next visit.

Great specials offered via emails. Always a wonderful experience going to Heaven on Adelaide. Gary is such a great stylist there and I've never had a bad hair cut.

The staff there are very nice and professional. You get a great neck massage and hand one too if you like which helps make for a very relaxing experience. My style cut was good which is to be expected for me as my hair is easy to cut and style anyways. It wasn't like WOW and friggin amazing. Just good.
