Although I had an appointment, there was confusion. Girl took a long time to colour my hair and I had to keep repeating how I wanted her to cut it. The final insult, was being asked to pay an extra $20 as they had to use a lot of colour due to my thick hair (I had already purchased a voucher). Will not be returning.
