Heirloom has never let us down. Fast service, super cheap shipping and a great range of raw materials for our small beauty product company. I've bought products from Heirloom Body Care a few times now. Each and every time they are always efficient with their delivery and I receive my products wrapped up tightly a few days after ordering. The quality of always quite high and they are packaged well to assure there are no spillages or breakages in transit. My only criticism would be that you use a different tape to seal your jars. The brown tape is hard to remove completely and I'm not a fan of seeing my products with brown tape leftover on them. It's a mild disappointment, but something to perhaps look into? Otherwise, I'm happy to shop through this store again.
