Chips are always too greasy and staff seem to show little interest in your presents. Prices are decent and you get a lot of food. Fish cocktails are small, but their burgers are pretty nice.
the chips are very unique, which is good when you feel like a tiny change. the service is friendly, but somewhat bland. prices are fair, but have gone up.
The chips and food here have a different taste, although it is welcomed - not your average chips. I think sometimes the portions differ, although this hasnt happened as much recently. And the service is RELATIVELY friendly. Although, it ticks the box of value for money.
Some employees use uncovered hands to handle food. Portions of chips are always different, every time we go there we get a different amount of chips for the same price. Some times a lot less than previous time.

hygenie is a very important issue in this work force, all the empolyees always make sure they wash there hands with warm soapy water and useing tongs when handling food. The portions of chips are always made sure that it is the same size and weight messured everytime with the scale provided i the business . thankyou
I am a long time user of this establishment & have become increasingly dismayed at how things have changed over the years.
Maybe someone should take a step back & take a proper unbiased look at the work practices in this business, for it's own sake.
It never pays to get over confident because that's when we get sloppy!

hey there chips are weighed so you know you get the same all the tme,you watch them weigh the potatos in front of you, while waiting, i travell past 4 fish and chip shops to go to this one, there clean, friendly, and the food is fresh, were else can you buy hot food for $2 and be satisfied
helens shop is great! they make there own chips from potatoes not like the other lazy places that sell frozen chips, she actually makes them everyday fresh thats why there the best.

the fish and hamburgers in this shop is to die for , its worth the drive to taste there food there friendly, and the shop is clean, they have a wide variety of hot and cold foods plus nice coffee and cold drinks, oh and try there grilled fish so yummy

Helen's Barbeque Chickens & Fish & Chips has the best chicken burgers I have ever tasted. This is because they actually use chicken breasts! The service is great and the deals they have on selected orders are really good value.
