Had a great experience here! I got a hair cut and full head of foils with toner - and it looks amazing. Best hair cut and colour I have ever had. The staff were really friendly and professional. They were 3 staff down on the day I went but I didn't have to wait long. Would definitely recommend this salon.
My appointment for half a head of foils took three hours. Total disorganisation! Was overcharged and told it was because extra colour had to be used. My hair is quite short. My foils were left on for too long and my hair is now half slimy/half dead. I had to have the ends cut due to the damage caused when I have been trying to grow my hair. Emailed the management who was rather unapologetic and accepted no responsibility for his hairdresser and the damage done to my hair. Offered me a free straightening which would be useless given I had to cut my hair off and my hair is severely damaged.

This story is completely untrue and fabricated. You went to another hairdresser who destroyed your hair then you came to the salon. There was no over charging. This happens quiet a lot in this industry. As Fair Trade has deleted your complaint for it was a complete lie.
Who are you and how exactly do you think that you know what happened to my hair 8 months ago? I had not been to another hairdresser because if I had been to another hairdresser who had ruined my hair, why would any reputable hairdresser then put foils through my hair? I don't waste my time putting untrue reviews on websites. So perhaps you shouldn't waste your time trolling and writing untrue comments yourself. Seems you might work for the salon and tying to cover this up...
Very happy with my new do! Was amazed at the prize and could get foils put in as well. The lady that did my hair was very nice and helpful. Best hair cut I have had for a while and very reasonably priced. Will go there again.
I just recently got a haircut from here and I was extremely upset and angry with my experience. Firstly, I waited over 40mins after my scheduled appointment to even be spoken to. I specificially asked for NO length to be cut off and just a few loose layers in the bottom. Afterwards i noticed that I lost a good 10cm of my length and my hair looks like it has been HACKED and is about 6 different lengths! I was extremely upset. I have now lost a lot of confidence thanks to this haircut. After waiting up to an hour before being attended to, my hair just got rushed with the hairdresser running all over the place between cutting my hair to attend to other customers. I am outrageously angry with my experience here and I, along with all my friends and family will never return.
I have been getting my haircut here for a few years now, the staff are all incredibly at what they do havent had a bad haircut or complaint and there all super friendly with customers of all ages and you can not go wrong with a good quality haircut for $16.00 best value around
I live in London but often visit family in Gold Coast and I love the friendly staff and excellent service I get with Maggie and her team.The prices compared with London are excellent-looking forward to my next visit.
If you want a relatively priced hair cut done by a professional, I recommend Helensvale Hair Design. All hair cuts are only $14 and if you want regrowth colour or T section then it is only a further $35. Really great value haircuts that look good.
