My appointment for half a head of foils took three hours. Total disorganisation! Was overcharged and told it was because extra colour had to be used. My hair is quite short. My foils were left on for too long and my hair is now half slimy/half dead. I had to have the ends cut due to the damage caused when I have been trying to grow my hair. Emailed the management who was rather unapologetic and accepted no responsibility for his hairdresser and the damage done to my hair. Offered me a free straightening which would be useless given I had to cut my hair off and my hair is severely damaged.
