Scam

I wish I read these reviews before booking with them… absolutely unprofessional, I have been clinically diagnosed with autism and adhd. I booked in for my adhd, to hopefully get help with it. I sent my reports in when I booked and was told psych will read before appointment. Appointment was 12:00-1245. She was late, she can on 1215. She said there are no reports on my file and proceeded to diagnose me with manic depression and prescribed me with inhibitors, all within 20 mins with no medical history, she left me in a heighten state and had no care for my well being nor her duty of care. How can someone with no history etc even give such and diagnosis all in 20 mins..
I will not be going back and will make a complaint to accc and the psych board.
Extremely unprofessional, and have no duty of care.

Having ALOT of trouble with communication with this service. The doctor as wonderful but trying to make contact with the service afterwards has been traumatic. They are not answering emails or phone calls made by myself or my GP, and information that needs to be relayed to the treating psychiatrist is clearly not being passed on. Terrible customer service for the money outlayed. Very disappointing

The reception are rude and unwilling or unable to help. The doctor advised me on multiple occasions that he would be bulk billing my third appointment due to my circumstances but instructed me to tell reception this. Each attempt to discuss this with reception was quickly shot down as if I was making it up or was mistaken. Something as simple as finding out if I would be needing to pay several hundred dollars for my third appointment or not was too hard for them to tell me in advance of the appointment. The reception and the doctor gave mixed messages. The doctor asks me to tell reception to bulk bill the appointment. The reception said they cannot bulk bill the appointment without approval from the doctor. I try to explain to them it's a telehealth service, I have no way of contacting the doctor outside of appointments - can they do something to bridge the communication gap? Apparently no, for some reason. When I next spoke to the doctor he told me that since we last spoke the business side of Hellodoc had told him to never bulk bill anyone ever again. There were numerous red flags with this service and I could go on as to where they fall short of acting professionally or providing a good enough service for their very high fees. Ultimately I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I regret using their service.
