Confusing menu of prices and services on offer. I wasn't impressed and found them to expensive. The lady I spoke to on the phone was quite short, and almost rude as well

We used Help on the Way to assist us at a special party at home. They took over the kitchen and I was able to relax. It was amazing. I could not recommend Kerry Ann and Nancy more. I am so pleased we decided to do this. It was fantastic.

I found this agency very average. Expensive prices but I wasn't happy with the service they provided. I think there are definitely better nanny agencies out there or you can find a private nanny yourself without the outrageous fees

I was having my house cleaned for three hours a week over about 5 months time. I didn't mind they sent a couple to do the work so they did 1&1/2hr each. Cleaners were pretty good arrived on time, but then the company changed staff I kept getting different staff nearly every two weeks. So I stopped using the company.

I have used casual after school nannies for the past 4 years and have always had the very best nannies sent to us. They are always there to pick up my kids from school on time and run them around to all their activities AND have dinner on the table when I get home!! Bonus!! I highly recommend them!!

They are a great company who source out experienced, professional, helpful, reliable babysitters, nanny's, cleaners, party help - whatever you are looking for to help in day to day - they can help i'm sure! I've used them at parties, during the week for babysitting and for monthly house cleaning. Highly recommend the girls from Help On The Way.

I was employed by HOTW for many years and found they really took care of their staff where other agencies did not, having a strict screening process they do not just employ anyone. I now use HOTW staff in my own home and am constantly delighted at the amazing job that is done. The team are reliable, can anticipate needs, highly skilled, and a pleasure to have around. I would happily recommend them to anyone, in fact I WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE!

I use Help On The Way for casual babysitters. I have often called last minute (3pm in the afternoon!) and I have never been let down. I have 3 sitters who my children know quite well and they are all really great with my kids, very engaging, very polite girls. The staff in the office are nice and always remember who I am and which sitters I like, I happily reccomend them

I've had a cleaner from Help on the Way for over 3 years now. I find their service absolutely wonderful. They have provided me with replacement cleaners if my cleaners were I'll or away. I have always been treated as a priority and my needs are always met. I have recommended them to most of my friends who have all had great experiences. The staff are always friendly and my cleaners are the best I've ever had. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone!
