I am very impressed by Lain's service level and professionalism. This has been experienced in few occasions.

Firstly, we agreed to meet up on a job engagement. He was held up by the other engagement prior to mine due to the weather. Not only did he informed me along the progress that he will be late, he actually arrived at my place and asked if I want to do it another day if that's not urgent as it was quite late when he arrived. I agreed. Very impressed by his sincerity.

He came to cut a hole in the cabinet for my new oven. He misread the configuration measurement. On the day the oven was installed, the measurement was out by few centimeters. I've contacted Lain indicating the urgency as the electrician was here. He arrived in 30mins and begin fixing that together with another task. He put in close to 2 hrs time to fix the oven hole he cut over the size. He is very accountable and volunteer to waive the 2 hours off. During that time, I've asked him to fix my bench top hole. It was pretty complex but he was quick to think out of the box and resolved the issue. We later agreed on a sum that benefits both parties.

Lain is such a good resource to have. I'm almost hesitant to write him a good review as I believe he will have many more business after this good review - similar to few other tradesmen I've previously reviewed (their business is now thriving and I've to wait weeks for their service). However, I believe he should be handsomely rewarded.

In short, Lain's price is very reasonable, he is very accountable for his actions, he can think out of the box quickly when issues arise and he is very approachable and he is very honest guy with great integrity! Thumbs up! Best handyman I've met for the last 11 years in Melbourne.

Iain did an excellent job on 3 small repairs. Even though it took longer than he quoted, he wouldn't take any extra money, despite it being offered. He also wouldn't charge for a minor patch job done as extra for our neighbours and said a small fence I wanted to replace would last another few years. Great workmanship, scrupulously honest and a pleasure to deal with. He's busy for these reasons and my friends now have his contact details. Highly recommended!

Neat and efficient, made a custom cabinet which has perfectly finished off my bathroom. Was very honest with costing and time, and the cabinet far exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend Iain!
