Hey Tech provides a friendly, adaptable and competent service that is sympathetic to my needs. Owen is able to sort the wood from the trees when I find myself in a tangle. Then he is able to find suitable options for me to consider. He is able to explain things at my level without being patronising and is willing to work with the dated equipment that I have. I have always been satisfied with the work he does and he leaves me feeling much more confident in my computer skills.
