I purchased a simple Universal Remote Control online from these guys. Like a lot of us at the moment the analog situation caught us and we had a set top box and TV but no remote for the TV so we were unable to re-tune it. Once the correct code was entered it worked like a dream. The Tech person at Vision Digital went out of his way to give specific instructions on what to do with the TV and set top box and made it so easy. The cost of the universal remote included delivery which was via Aust Post - a bit slow but communication from Vision Digital was excellent, they kept me up to date on when my order was dispatched and it was then only to wait on Aust Post.
