We bought a 2 in 1 Steel Balance bike about a year ago and found the qaulity and service to be excellent. The bike is so useful as it can be used as a balance bike at first and then the pedals and training wheels can be put on once the child is confident (my daughter wanted the pedals on after a week). The bike is easy to assemble and sturdy. Postage was fast and it arrived very well packaged

Bought a Cubby House and Toy Kitchen from Hipkids for my twins. Products are great and was their after sales service as we had numerous questions about the assembly of the Cubby which they happily and patiently answered. After painting the Cubby, assembly was straight forward, we did it in a couple of hours as stated on their website. My online experience with Hip Kids was good and have no problem in recommending them

Hip Kids has a gorgeous range of very good quality children's toys. They are not cheap, but they are very well made. They are worth every cent, as they are items that the kids play with over and over again. As an example, the wooden stovetop and refrigerator set that I purchased 18 months ago get played with for at least an hour a day by both my 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter.
