We bought a 2 in 1 Steel Balance bike about a year ago and found the qaulity and service to be excellent. The bike is so useful as it can be used as a balance bike at first and then the pedals and training wheels can be put on once the child is confident (my daughter wanted the pedals on after a week). The bike is easy to assemble and sturdy. Postage was fast and it arrived very well packaged

Have bought alot of toys from Entropy since discovering them online a few years ago. Postage and communication has always been prompt and always well packaged.

Sadly they don't do layby anymore but I understand it is because of space issues. Their range is extensive, prices are reasonable and postage is free over $100 which is terrific. I always enjoy shopping with this company

After trialling this I could see how helpful this was for my nearly four year old so decided to go ahead and buy it. I am so glad I did as in a short space of time she was reading sentences and is now reading confidently on her own. I bought ABC Reading Eggs for my second daughter and although I try to limit her IPad use to once or twice a week I can see how much she has picked up.
The characters and graphics are fun and easy to understand - very useful tool to teach kids to read.

I purchased a set of Magna Tiles from Hugs For Kids which are hard to come by in Australia. The price was one of the lowest online and service was fantastic. My order was shipped promptly just in time for Christmas and my children absolutely love them so I will most likely be back for more sets. There is even online layby which is handy for expensive gifts.
I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I put some Schleich items on layby as their prices seemed to be the best online. A few weeks in and I received notification that my order was cancelled with no other explanation. When
I followed this up it turns out it was a mistake ; fair enough. The layby was completed and I was told it would be shipped shortly after. Nearly a week later my item was still awaiting shipment! As it was a present for a birthday that was the following day I emailed to say I would rather cancel it. There was no reply. I emailed again the next day and still no reply. Shortly after I receive notification that my order is shipped! I emailed asking why this was so as I said I wanted a refund. Still no reply and when I tried to call the mailbox for the number was full.

I would not recommend this company at all, no matter how good the prices are. Horrible customer service and communication - AVOID!
