awesome service i was an emergency booking,messaged on the Sunday 0730 on Monday
i was called by Dee at reception,slotted me straight in.The bloke i saw,Dr Rob,calmed me down,explained everything and did a fantastic job.....to everyone there thanks

Dentist was very good. Very gentle and professional. I was very unimpressed with reception staff. Service was terrible. Costs were not explained confusing me and I ended up not being able to use Hicaps because of the confusion. The receptionist didn't call me back when she said she would. This practice doesn't allow the Medicare child dental rebate. The receptionist said "it was too hard and too time consuming for her. I don't think that such an unprofessional practice should be in charge of my children's dental care. I chose another much better dentist.

The receptionist is very friendly and is very good with names. They make claiming back from private health easy. They have been through a few dentists but all have been great and professional.
