Based on previous reviews on this site I selected Home Assess to review a property for us. Bill's assessment was very detailed and well worth the money. His communications were excellent and he was more than happy to go through the questions we had. His report will be the 'to-do' list over the next few years as we bring our newly purchased home up to scratch. When the time comes to purchase the next house I'll definitely give him a call again.

Bill Martin of Home Assess provided a prompt, courteous and extremely thorough service when I requested an inspection of a property I was considering purchasing. He emailed me the completed detailed report including photos the next morning and followed this up with a phone call later in the day when I'd had time to digest the contents so that he could answer any questions and give further advice. I would highly recommend him.
Bill told me he can also arrange pest inspections and offer advice on fault finding and problem solving and the seriousness of these problems.
