I spoke to them about my smashed bathroom window and they said they would come to look at it to give me a quote and time frame to fix it, which they did. They told us it would take approx 2 weeks and they had no idea how much it would cost but would source it for us and get back to us the next day. 4 days later I called since I hadn't heard from them. They laughed at me and said "I don't have time to do a job like that, there's someone elses number." How rude! I called the place they gave me the number for, who said they needed the measurements and the type of glass, which I had to call them back to get the information from, and they said get them to call me and I'll tell them the info. They were very rude on the phone, especially to laugh at me when I asked if they had a quote yet. I would not recommend such a rude person
