I was disappointed that they didn't have a bigger range of ready made blinds. The staff were not very helpful, although we did arrive close to closing time of the shop. I wouldn't go out of my way to go there again.

Well we went there, and the staff were more than helpful. Maybe if you go a bit earlier next time you will find out that the staff are very helpful. I will be going there again

I would recommend this business as it has a good quality blinds and curtains. they have some varities well they are not much choices in our range. but the service and the quality were good.

We got a quote straight from out house plans from Home Outlet and decided to go ahead with it. They wanted a 70% deposit before ordering the blinds which we thought was outrageous but because of the quote we decided to pay it. After I paid this I realised that the invoice was actually more than what we were originally quoted. I questioned this and was told that it always goes up after the actual measure is done and I signed the purchase order anyway so basically it was bad luck. I wasn't impressed however it was too late to do anything about it now. It was my mistake for not checking properly.
I was told blinds would take around 6 weeks to make. I rang after 6 weeks and it turns out they never ordered them because I hadn't signed the purchase order. The salesperson was extremely rude and arrogant and told me I would have to wait another 6 weeks. I asked them if I hadn't signed the purchase order in the first place (which I apparently had) why they didn't follow this up. They couldn't tell me why and kept blaming it on other people who were conveniently not there. Once they were finally ready I then had to pay the balance of the payment before they would come to install the blinds. I asked what happens if I wasn't happy with them, what were they going to do as I would have paid for the lot already. They advised that if I didn't pay I wouldn't be covered by insurance and they would simply not install them. So what could I do? I had to pay it. 6 months on and the blinds are now sagging in middle because they didn't put a bracket in the middle. I have emailed them asking what they are going to do about this and am now waiting on a response. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They made this experience stressful and were extremely unhelpful.
