We were here a few nights ago and they had run out of Prime rib steak. This is the steak that they marinate for 18 hours. We had already been given our drinks so we decided to get the normal steaks they have anyway. I wasn't very impressed with our meals and probably wouldn't go back again. It's a shame because we have been to the one in Doveton and Chadstone a few times and have always had a great meal. Perhaps this was just a one off...

This is a great little place for a girls night out. My girlfriends and I have been here a few times and always have a good time. Nice food and friendly staff. Everyone makes us feel really welcome.

This is my local fish and chip shop. We have never had a bad meal from here. It is a very clean shop and the staff are always friendly and the service is very fast.

I've been here a few times before going to see a movie at Century City Walk. It has never been very memorable. Everything was just OK. It isn't somewhere I would make the effort to go to again.

I started getting my spray tans here after I trialled them for my wedding. They have a really great colour - very natural. I am so white and they still managed to make me look naturally tanned. I didn't look silly at all. Very proffessional and friendly staff. It's always a bit embarrassing getting your gear off in front of a stranger, however they made me feel really comfortable. The tan didn't last for very long but this could have been because I didn't moisturize enough and that they didn't put it on too dark against my skin tone. They have a number of treatments here including waxing, facials, makeup etc. The list goes on...

We had our wedding invitations, wishing well cards and name tags personally created for us by creation corner. We looked through hundreds of invitations that had been previously made and chose bits and peices from each of them to create our beautiful invites. They were all handmade and printed with each individual guest's name on the invite and envelope. We needed stickers for our name tags so we could place them on our favours and this was no problem. When it came to picking up the invitations we did find it hard to agree on a time as she always seemed to be busy but we got there in the end. The finished product was perfect and everyone commented on how beautiful they were.

This review is for Home Outlet, Cranbourne VIC

We got a quote straight from out house plans from Home Outlet and decided to go ahead with it. They wanted a 70% deposit before ordering the blinds which we thought was outrageous but because of the quote we decided to pay it. After I paid this I realised that the invoice was actually more than what we were originally quoted. I questioned this and was told that it always goes up after the actual measure is done and I signed the purchase order anyway so basically it was bad luck. I wasn't impressed however it was too late to do anything about it now. It was my mistake for not checking properly.
I was told blinds would take around 6 weeks to make. I rang after 6 weeks and it turns out they never ordered them because I hadn't signed the purchase order. The salesperson was extremely rude and arrogant and told me I would have to wait another 6 weeks. I asked them if I hadn't signed the purchase order in the first place (which I apparently had) why they didn't follow this up. They couldn't tell me why and kept blaming it on other people who were conveniently not there. Once they were finally ready I then had to pay the balance of the payment before they would come to install the blinds. I asked what happens if I wasn't happy with them, what were they going to do as I would have paid for the lot already. They advised that if I didn't pay I wouldn't be covered by insurance and they would simply not install them. So what could I do? I had to pay it. 6 months on and the blinds are now sagging in middle because they didn't put a bracket in the middle. I have emailed them asking what they are going to do about this and am now waiting on a response. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They made this experience stressful and were extremely unhelpful.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We stayed in a very nice room with a balcony. The spa and pampering rooms were being renovated at the time so we didn't bother with that. The Japenese restaurant in this hotel was AMAZING! If you stay here you MUST GO!!! Actually even if you don't you MUST GO!!! Really nice pool and spa where the staff brought out cocktails for us. In the summer the swim up bar is open. We had a buffet breakfast every morning as part of our package which was really nice. On our first night we arranged a romance package in our room. We went out for dinner and when we got back we came into the room with romantic music and candles everywhere. There were rose petals leading to the bathroom where a bubble bath was waiting for us and another path of rose petals leading to our bed and balcony. There was champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and 2 complimentary bath robes for us to take home with us. A really nice touch! We had a really great time here!

I used to work around the corner from Arco so we used to come here all the time. A really nice restaurant that services work lunches and also just lunch with the girls. Arco is not too pricey and has a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic service and beautiful food. We always have a good time when coming here. The warm asian beef salad is a must!!!
