We are a local Primary School who have been using @ Home Plumbing for several years now. They are always quick, efficient, friendly and thorough in everything they do. The boys always come to the office to sign in, complete their work in a timely manner and then check back with us afterwards, and fill us in on what they have done and any further work which is required. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Worst experience I have ever had with a trade professional. Booking was accidently not correctly entered by company, which was unforunate but understandable. Advice provided by company was incorrect and when they came to install the toilet, this could not be done due to the incorrect product being sold by the retailer. A call out fee and minor service fee of approximately $200 was still charged. Worse of all the plumber quoted $500 for damaged to the PVC pipe beneath the floor and after speaking to another plumber had this re-examined and was told that the 'hole' was capped and is a regular access pipe and that we were most likely being conned. I contacted the management of the company on several occasions and although apologetic regarding the booking, the rest of the issues were completely brushed off. Although I am over it now and everything has been professionally installed by another contractor. I thought I would share my experience in hope that no one else has this same experience.

Had a roof put on house extesnsion. Finished on time & no leaks (yet! ha). Good service.
