We had stains on our ground floor ceiling (directly above the ensuite upstairs). After spending time carefully ruling out various possible sources of the leak, Andy decided that the best next step was to make a small incision in our ceiling. After getting the go ahead from us, he carefully did so and found the source of the the stains - rodents. Andy did a great job to ensure we did not spend any more than what we absolutely needed to in order to solve the issue. Highly recommended.
