• Reflexology Foot Massage - Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive treatment which relaxes, restores, revitalizes and brings about a state of healing.  When direct thumb or finger pressure is applied to these neurological reflex points, the corresponding area in the body is stimulated, cleared of congestion and the natural healing process is enhanced.
   

• Swedish Massage - Most popular massage for relaxation and well-being. Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen to the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and easing tension.
   

• Reiki - Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and deep relaxation which also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on life force energy which flows through us and is what allows us to be alive.
   

• Aromatherapy Massage - As a holistic treatment, aromatherapy can have a profound effect on physical and psychological wellbeing. There exists the belief that scent as the most enduring of our senses, has the power to transform our emotions, and heal our bodies.
