I just can't believe this guy can lie so consistently with no shame! Let me share our tale of woe! I should have realised the problems right from the start. He told me it was privately owned. I open the owners manual to see it was owned by a hire car company. I ask him how many KMs are on it. He says 46k. The info page on the car says 46.7k. The odometer says 47k! I take it for a drive and say the alignment is off. He says he'll fix it before I pick it up. The price is good (only redeeming feature), so I buy it. He told me repeatedly that the car was 'immaculate'. I get it home and my wife starts spotting the problems. 2 dings, a crack on the mirror and 2 cracks on the lamps (I don't notice aesthetics). Finally, I go to get new tyres and find out not only that he never got it aligned as promised, but one of the tyres is from an all wheel drive and isn't even the same diameter! Moral of the story: NEVER use these guys!

Do not trust this business.

Very slick operation with a extremely pushy salespeople. Sold us an almost new vehicle stating it was in perfect condition, had never been in an accident with a REVS check certificate.

Purchased the vehicle to find that it had in fact been in an accident and undergone poor repairs resulting in a leaking car. When it rains the boot of the car and underneath the seats fills with water (up to 10cm throughout the car).

Extremely unsatisfied customer, would not recommend

I did a search on the web for a reliable car dealer and this dealer popped up. I called them and asked if they could find me a car that is not too expensive. They took down my requirements, gave me a realistic price guide and called me back within a week with a car of my dreams. I checked the price on the web and it was well below other dealers and the market price that the car insurance had. They even held it for me with a deposit until I sorted out my finance. They serviced the car and advised me to return after 2 weeks to check on the car. They also offer a lifetime service with a reasonable cost. They also called me the next day after I collected the car to see how I was going. I trusted them so much that I bought the car without a test drive. I highly recommend this dealer. They sell the latest Toyotas and occasionally has other makes. You will hardly find another dealer who is so trustworthy, honest, genuine and reliable.

I found this car dealer while searching on the net for a used Toyota. When we went to the premises, I found that they only deal in relatively new Toyotas, that all their cars are kept garaged and that they service all the cars they sell. In addition, their prices were below other advertised Toyotas. We bought our Yaris, after initially looking for a Camry. The proprietor advised us that the Yaris would better suit our needs and gave us a test drive. We bought the car about six months ago and have been completely satisfied with its performance and with our first service. We were treated very politely and with respect.
