I had a small crack in my front windscreen when I took my car to be serviced. When I collected my car the crack now travelled the entire length of the windscreen. When I asked them what happened they told me it’s from the weather?! No apology. My car has had the small crack for a few months then all of a sudden during the few hours they’ve had my car they’ve worsened the crack. I also got a dent on the side of my car. Will not be going back. No apology and simply rude!!

Stay away! Take your money on new car, received it damages and missing accessories that I’m still chasing.

These guys have one of the highest levels of customer service I have ever witnessed. They bent over backwards to help us out when my wife's car had to stay overnight. Have bought 2 cars from them and would not hesitate in going back there if I buy another Mazda.

I have taken my Mazda Astina to these guys for a number of years & although it was always easy to book it in, the work they do seems over-priced. The car was usually ready to pick up at the time stated.

I usually hate leaving my car at a mechanics, but ever since I bought it from these guys they've been fantastic. I have used the same guy since I got my first car, but any major issues with my Mazda I see these guys first. They seem really passionate about my car and I always know it's in good hands.
