I love the quality of Hoselink products. When I did however have a fitting that failed it was replaced promptly and happily!!!

During the recent floods in northern New South Wales, our hose reel went under water and subsequently stopped retracting. I contacted Hoselink and informed them of our problem and asked was there any way we could rectify the problem with a bit of trouble shooting. They told me once the springs in the reel had been under water, they were not fixable. They offered us a replacement reel under good faith at a very reasonable cost which we accepted. We could not have asked for a better outcome.

Service & Products are both excellent, I recently had an issue with a hose nozzle, yellow plastic turn lever would crack & break, contact Hoselink no problem, sent me a replacement, promptly cheers all good
