I have owned a Hoselink retractable hose reel for a couple of years and it has been great. I have just bought two more for our new house. The extra long 30m one is perfect for watering a long narrow hedge border all the way down the drive to the house on a battle-axe block.

Good quality products and as advertised , only issue we have had is the screws have rusted and left rust streaks on outside of casing but nevertheless the hose is really good

All the screws within our hose reels are made from stainless steel therefore the problem is not rust. The problem is mud wasps nesting within the screw holes and making a mess of the casing. If you try and unscrew one of the screws you will see that the screws have definitely not rusted. Since being advised that the mud wasps enjoy our hose reels we have brought out a range of covers which are made to suit the length of hose reel you have and fit over the units snugly to stop them getting in. Hoselink fittings are so good they should be banned for being addictive! When I started replacing my old click fittings I thought it would be just on the things I use most. How wrong was I! I keep coming back for more- The alternative click fittings are just so fragile and leaky and just don't last the distance.
I am very comfortable using the online service- unlike the frustration of navigating the carpark and aisles of giant hardware chains, I can simply choose what I want from home. I get emails regularly updating me on the order and the parts always turn up fast.
My thanks to the team at Hoselink for always reliably delivering a truly standout product.

These products seem to be very durable. In a child care setting they get used a thousand times a day and we have not had one bust leak or pop off yet.

Hosereel works great and is a time saver. Product looks good and does not leak. Shipping is pretty quick and communication with customer is good.
