The Hoselink hose is easy to use, good quality and reasonable price. It is quite heavy when pulling it out a long way .

To have successful retraction every time, the spring mechanism is set to be quite tight. This can sometimes cause the hose to be harder to pull out. Overtime the spring will develop some give, easing the tension.

I was very pleasantly pleased with the initial service when I plaxced the order online for my Hoselink products. I kept receiving emails advising me of the status of my order right upp until I received the goods which were delivered directly to my door by Australia Post.
As I am a disabled pensioner, I have only recently had my retractable hose reel installed and I have found it to be excellent. The quality of all the products is really excellent and your claims regarding the products are "spot-on".
I would most definitely recommend Hoselink to any prospective purchaser.

Customer service reminiscent of the 1960's.
Well designed, practical garden tools, garden hoses and housing, and equally well designed fittings/attachments.
Product quality control of a bygone era.
Designed and engineered with good old "Australian Know How" of the Australia that I grew up in and loved.
Once I used these wonderful products I realised that there is no other product on the market that matches Hoselink in any way shape or form.

When purpose my last acquisition I was very happy with staff who help me with my requested.
The product is excellent and it is why I purchased a second hose reel for my back yard. My first hose reel I purchase over 12 months ago is still working well.

My package was missing a split ring when I received it. Whilst this was mildly disappointing, the tremendous service I received to rectify the problem was amazing. Thank you Hoselink for turning a small negative into a big positive!
