Way too overpriced, I think they took advantage of the fact that I had never been to a hair dresser before and overcharged me for a simply brown dye and haircut. Unless its normal to pay $450 for that treatment!
Scared me from hair salons for two years but safe to say, I found a much nicer hairdresser in Endeavour Hills shopping centre!

This salon has ELITE hairdressers! I had my colour done there yesterday, showed them a photo of what I wanted, they took the time to chat with me properly and go over what I wanted. My hair turned out amazing and was EXACTLY like the photo I showed them. This isn't a salon where you are rushed in and out, they put time and care into what they do and their passion in their work is so clear. I already had my hair done twice at two different salons and was nothing like what I asked for and I was far from happy. I'm so glad I went to Hot Hair & Co and finally got what I wanted! I couldn't be happier.

These guys are in my local shopping centre, but for some reason or another I'd never given them a try. Well, turns out I'd been wasting time at other places!! They did a FANTASTIC job of my colour (full head of foils). Over the course of my visit (3.5 hours - I have a lot of hair!) I had three ladies working on my hair, but Regina was running the show. I was skeptical that one side might look different to the other but it was all perfect. Being blonde, it's hard to find someone who gets the colour right, especially when that white or grey look is in fashion (not my cup of tea). They also cut, blow waved and straightened, and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be back, and would recommend for sure.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, HELPFUL & HAPPY. WENT THERE NEEDING A COLOR, CAME OUT LOOKING & FEELING REALLY GOOD. SARAH WAS GREAT AS WELL AS THE OTHER GIRLS THERE. WILL BE BACK AGAIN FOR SURE.

I've been going there for trims and blow waves for 12 months. It was recommended by another parent from the school. Carmel is really nice.

I asked the girl to put 'a few' foils in my hair to break up the color. she put sooo many in there making it look brassy blonde. left me there with bleach on my head for about an hour and a half while doing someone elses hair which made my hair snap off mid lengths and when it was washed out it looked terrible!! i dyed over it myself went back a month later to fix as it was a friendly atmosphere, but they told me my hair was too damaged for them to touch! i wonder why from their terrible overbleeching

Very professional service & very helpful. Listens to wishes of clients & only offers suggestions, not demands. The products and colours are beautiful & there's plenty of good quality extras available if needed, incl. wigs, hair extensions, etc. All with great advice!
